Here is a harmonization I've done of Silent Night. I had to play it at a gig recently, and thought to make my own version. It lends itself very well to a Jazz waltz, ballad or medium tempo.
Here are just the chords in F without melody:
3/4| FMaj7 | Bbmaj7| Am7 Gm7| Fmaj7|
| G/B |Bb7#11| F/A | Cm7 F7b9|
| Bbmaj7b13 Bbmaj7 |Gm7 C7| Fmaj7 | Cm7 F7b9|
| Bm7b5 |E7b9| Am7 Gm7 | Fmaj7|
| Em7b5 |A7b9| *Dm7 Dm7/C | Bm7b5 Bb7|
| F/A |Gm11| Fmaj7 | (Bb/C) ||
The bars with 2 chords are mostly played with two beats on the first and one on the second.
The last 6 bars marked * also work well with Dm7 | Eb7#11| F/C | Gm7/C C7sus| Fmaj7 | Bb/C ||
